Free plan
The free plan is designed for individuals and small teams getting started with VibeCheck:
- 25 recordings per month — resets on the 1st of each month
- 7-day retention — tracks are automatically deleted after 7 days
- All capture features — screen recording, screenshots, console logs, network requests, user actions
- Shareable links — share tracks with anyone
- No credit card required
Pro plan
The Pro plan removes all limits and adds team features:
- Unlimited recordings — no monthly cap
- 90-day retention — tracks are kept for 90 days
- Team workspace — shared view of all team tracks
- Priority support — faster response times

Enterprise plan
The Enterprise plan is designed for organizations with advanced requirements:
- Unlimited recordings — no monthly cap
- 200 AI fixes per month
- 180-day retention — tracks are kept for 180 days
- Dedicated account manager — personal support contact
- SLA with 99.9% uptime guarantee
- Audit logs & compliance reports
- Custom integrations & on-prem option

Usage tracking
You can see your current usage in the VibeCheck extension popup:
- A progress bar shows recordings used this month
- The bar changes color as you approach the limit:
- Green — under 80% used
- Yellow — 80-99% used
- Red — limit reached
When the limit is reached, recording buttons are disabled until the next month.
Retention and cleanup
Tracks are automatically deleted after the retention period:
- Free plan: 7 days after creation
- Pro plan: 90 days after creation
- Enterprise plan: 180 days after creation
A daily cleanup process removes expired tracks and their associated data (video, screenshots, logs).
Upgrading
To upgrade to Pro:
- Sign in to the VibeCheck platform
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Select Pro and enter payment details
The upgrade takes effect immediately and your recording limit is removed.
FAQ
What happens to my tracks if I downgrade?
Existing tracks remain accessible until their retention period expires. New tracks will follow the free plan's 7-day retention.
Can I mix free and Pro users on a team?
Yes. Each team member's plan applies individually. Free users have their own limits while Pro users have unlimited access.
Is there an annual plan?
Annual billing is coming soon with a discount. Contact us for early access.
