2. Description of Service
VibeCheck is a bug tracking and reporting tool that allows users to capture screen recordings, screenshots, console logs, network requests, and user interactions. The Service consists of:
- A Chrome browser extension for capturing bug reports
- A web platform for viewing, managing, and sharing bug reports
3. User Accounts
To use VibeCheck, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with these Terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use VibeCheck to:
- Record or capture content without proper authorization
- Capture sensitive personal data of others without consent
- Store or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for any malicious purposes
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create using VibeCheck, including recordings, screenshots, and bug reports. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Shared Content
When you share a bug report via link, you understand that:
- Anyone with the link can view the content
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that content
- You should not include sensitive or confidential information in shared reports
7. Service Plans and Payments
VibeCheck offers Free and Pro plans. Pro plan features require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing are provided at the time of purchase.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBECHECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
