Team Setup

Set up your team workspace to collaborate on bug reports.

Overview

VibeCheck works for individuals out of the box — just install the extension and start capturing. For teams, VibeCheck provides shared workspaces where all team members can view and manage tracks together.

Creating a team

  1. Sign in to the VibeCheck platform
  2. Go to Settings > Team
  3. Click Create Team
  4. Enter your team name

Inviting members

After creating a team:

  1. Go to Settings > Team > Members
  2. Click Invite
  3. Enter the email addresses of team members
  4. They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join

Team members sign in with their Google accounts, same as individual users.

How teams work

When team members capture tracks:

  • Tracks are visible to all team members on the platform
  • Each track shows who captured it
  • Team members can view, share, and manage each other's tracks
  • Individual tracks remain accessible via their share links

All team members on a Pro plan get:

  • Unlimited recordings
  • 90-day retention
  • Priority support
  • Team workspace access

Tips

  • Start with the free plan — each team member gets 25 recordings/month on the free tier
  • Upgrade when needed — Pro plans can be activated per team or per individual
  • Use consistent naming — agree on a naming convention for tracks to keep things organized
